If you would like to make a purchase from our current inventory, please call, email, or fax the gallery and contact one of our friendly Art Consultants. We'll answer your questions and provide all the information you need to acquire the work you desire.

Commissions and Special Orders
Our staff is experienced at facilitating special orders. Many of the artists we represent are happy to work with clients to create special paintings, sculptures, furniture or pieces of jewelry. We help both the client and artist communicate their vision and desires clearly. Please note commissioned work may take several months to complete..

Payment
Goldenstein Gallery accepts all forms of payment, including major credit cards, checks, cash and wire transfer. Commissions and special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the remainder due upon receipt of the piece.

Layaway
Goldenstein Gallery offers an interest free layaway plan. Please contact us about the pieces you are interested in.

On Approval
Clients are welcome to try pieces on approval in your home or business. Please call the gallery to make arrangements.

Shipping
Shipping charges vary per item and we customize the method of delivering your art purchase depending on its medium, size and destination. We use a variety of carriers including USPS, Federal Express, UPS, DHL, and specialized fine art delivery firms that are highly experienced in safely transporting valuable works. We fully insure your purchase.

Return Policy
All sales are final. If the need to discuss a return arises, please call the gallery for consideration.

Returns for Artwork Purchased from Website
If you can't visit us in Sedona and view the work in person, we want you to feel completely comfortable ordering from our website. For that reason, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy for items purchased online.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to the gallery within 10 days of the date the work is received at your shipping address for a full refund of the purchase price. You pay only the shipping TO and FROM your destination. We'll issue the refund once the piece is received in good condition. Please note other terms apply to artwork purchased in person in our gallery.
